I want to change the default type of the dice I add

The dice added with "+" are always 6-sided (D6). There is no feature to specify in advance the type of dice that get added (to change the default).
If you want to use many dice of the same type, such as 100-sided (D100), please add the dice first and then change the type one by one. We apologize for the inconvenience.
