Because of the animation, the dice may sometimes look like they aren't spinning much. Internally, however, the app always draws a result based on the correct probabilities first, and then shows an animation to match that result.
The result is not determined by the visible physical spin, so even if the dice appear to spin only a little, the draw is still correct. Please rest assured.
